How do I delete my account?
All data, messages, and media files will be irreversibly deleted. This action cannot be undone.

How do I change my phone number?
Number change goes through a two-step verification: a confirmation code for both the current and the new number. Waiting period — 24 hours.

How do I set a cloud password?
The cloud password is an extra layer of protection. When signing in from a new device, in addition to the confirmation code you will be asked to enter the cloud password.

What should I do if my account is blocked?
Contact support. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. You have the right to appeal a block.
How can I get a copy of my data?
In accordance with Art. 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data, you can request information about the personal data we process. Contact support — we will prepare an export within 30 days.
How do notifications work?
The App uses push notifications for new messages. You can configure sound, vibration, and text preview, and mute specific chats.
