Notice: this page is an English translation of our Russian-language Terms of Use, provided for reader convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between this translation and the original Russian version, the Russian version prevails.

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Companion mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App").

By using the App, you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and accept them in full. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue using the App.

2. Registration and account

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the App.

You retain the rights to the content you post in the App. By posting content, you grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, and display it as required for the App's functionality.

We are not responsible for user-posted content, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

The administration reserves the right to moderate content and restrict access for users who violate these Terms. Enforcement measures are applied proportionately to the seriousness of the violation:

The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We use reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted operation, but we do not warrant the absence of outages, errors, or data loss.

We are not liable for the actions of users or for damage arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

All disputes shall first be resolved through the pre-court claim procedure. The period for reviewing a claim is 30 days. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be considered by a court at the consumer's place of residence in accordance with Art. 17 of the Law of the Russian Federation on Protection of the Consumers' Rights.
